Pilates

While i have heard of Pilates, i have never really seen it in action. Looking at Your picture, i can honestly say that i do not have the strength for that pose.
i have heard that Yoga and regular exercises like stomach crunches can build and strengthen our core muscles. Given Your challenge, i thought it would be a good day to learn something new, so i researched Pilates online.
i found it interesting to know that it was developed by a German physical trainer named Joseph Pilates.
After watching a few online videos i would say that it looks like fun, and the intro to Pilates doesn’t look too difficult as a beginner. Since they are repetitive movements, i think i would be able to stay focused. Also, since the movements look smooth, there should be no shock to my joints. Looks like there is rhythm so it might be nice to include music to my workout, like K-Love inspirational music!
i am very interested in learning more on this form of exercising and will be adding this as a daily routine.
Love,
Lea.
